Lumut Maritime Industrial City (LuMIC) aims to establish Lumut, Perak as a premium maritime industrial development area a designated coastal zone integrating port facilities with various industries. Our goal is to foster economic growth and regional development along the Straits of Malacca. Backed by strategic partnerships and feasibility studies, LuMIC is set to drive investment, create jobs and fuel regional economic progress.

Located in Kg. Acheh, serve for trade and logistic with integrated terminals, bonded facilities and marine engineering support.

LuMIC 2

LuMIC 2 is designated as a natural conservation area, set aside to preserve natural habitats and help balance the environmental footprint of industrial development.

LuMIC 3

LuMIC 3 supports industrial development with high-capacity dry bulk warehouses for animal feed and fertilisers and dedicated zones for scalable manufacturing and heavy industries.

LuMIC 4

LuMIC 4 serves as the designated expansion area for LMT 2, with a strategic focus on industrial development to accommodate future economic and infrastructure growth.
