The LuMIC team had the privilege of hosting H.E. Rafael Daerr, EU Ambassador to Malaysia, and H.E. Peter Van Acker, Ambassador of Belgium to Malaysia, for an insightful visit to our project areas along the Sungai Manjung.

The visit was personally guided by our Chief Business Development Officer, Alex Staring, and provided a casual yet insightful opportunity to tour the sites, exchange perspectives, share LuMIC’s vision, and discuss the promising opportunities within the region’s rapidly growing maritime and industrial ecosystem.

Both ambassadors expressed their awareness of and pride in LuMIC as a vital initiative that reflects the strong collaboration between the EU and Malaysia.

We are truly honored by their presence and look forward to continued engagement as we work towards positioning LuMIC as a sustainable and strategic hub for international collaboration.
